What are Top 300 Sites Lists?
Top 300 Sites Lists rank a genre's best sites and greatly increase the sites' web traffic. Webmasters join a Top 300 Sites List to get their site listed and are given a unique voting url to place anywhere on their site. Whenever a visitor clicks the link, the webmaster's site receives a vote and moves up the ranking. The visitor is taken to the Top 300 Sites List. The Top 10 Sites at any given time get to have their banner displayed, and everyone benefits from increased traffic and exposure.
How are the sites ranked?
The sites are ranked by the number of unique votes for a given week. The weekly voting period starts on Monday morning and ends on Sunday night. To maximize fairness, only one vote per person per 24 hours is counted for each site.
